Scam Type: Cold Calling

I have received 3 phone calls yesterday and today apparently from the same outfit asking me if I have medical insurance or if I would like to talk about cheaper medical insurance. I traced two of the calls and their numbers are 1-704-817-1924 and 1-704-936-1549, which is out of our area. The most recent caller said he was calling from "Portable Health Insurance." I looked this up online and there is no such company. I am thinking this is another permutation of the kind of call where they try to get you to answer "yes" to some question so they can record your answer and use it to prove you ordered something you didn't. The first time I said I was not interested; the other two times I told them not to call again, but they did anyway. I don't suppose there's anything I can do about this (we are already on the do-not-call list), but I just wanted to warn people about this scam and not to answer "yes" to any question posed to you from unknown callers.
